The Bolsena Ricama association organizes for the year 2023 the 13th edition of the International Competition “Embroidery and Lace between Art and Tradition … Wildflowers – The elegance of simplicity“.

The Competition is open to all schools and/or associations whose primary purpose is the conservation and promotion of activities related to embroidery and lace.

Individuals, professionals, dilettantes and amateurs of the sector in general may also participate.

Wildflowers in the common sense are a variety of flowers that grow spontaneously in nature, without being intentionally planted or sown; according to the season or the climate among the most common we find daisies, poppies, cornflowers, hyacinths, lilies of the valley, buttercups etc.

In the meadows bright colors alternate in shades of blue, red, pink, yellow and fuchsia for a floral show that only nature is able to set up in a surprising and masterful way.

The Jury will meet in July 2023 in the offices of the Association or other place to be agreed with the Municipal Administration.
